Birthday Parties

We can accommodate up to 24 children aged between 2-11. 

On the day of your party, we aim to arrive at your chosen venue or home approx. 15 minutes prior to your booking time (with you ensuring that there is sufficient space for VoJo’s Play Bus)

Once the bus is set up, we open the doors, let the children jump on, give them a brief health & safety talk and then the fun begins! Your child will feel like a superstar as the bus will be exclusively for their birthday, and for your benefit, VoJo’s Play Bus is excellent value for money and very convenient for you.

Our aim is to make sure your child has the best party ever in a safe environment.
 
We will require a power source.
 
Included in the package;
  • 1 DBS checked member of staff
  • Unlimited juice and water
  • Take a photo of the birthday child on the driver’s seat
  • Printable party invitations
 
Our party durations start at 1.5 hours. The most popular is a 2 hour party. Longer durations can be requested if needed 
 
We require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks before your party.
We are based in Hemel Hempstead, and we do have to add an additional cost to your booking when travelling outside of our base. If it takes us 1 hour to get to you, that’s a 2 hour round trip. In that time we could have hosted another party, we also have to consider our drivers time and fuel.
Please note that our bus can only travel at a top speed of 51mph.

Weddings

After sitting patiently through the wedding ceremony, why not let your little ones burn off some energy on board our bus!
 
For this, we recommend you bring them a spare change of clothes so they don’t get too hot and bothered in their smart wedding outfits.
 
Why not ask the wedding photographer to jump on board and capture some action shots of the children enjoying the day.

Schools & Nurseries

If you are looking for an end of term treat, nursery graduation ceremony, fundraising events or an attraction to increase sales at the school summer or winter fair then we are the right choice for your school or nursery! Our staff have CRB /DBS checks.

Our staff wear branded polo shirts and sweatshirts so we are easy to identify. We will need 2 members of your staff to supervise the children onboard during your hire.

Corporate Events

Organising big corporate events can always be a challenging time as you are never sure what the majority will like. Well, fear not! For all of your employees with young children, VoJo’s Play Bus is a must for your event! And we are confident as the organiser you will receive praise for booking such a unique experience! We can provide our party bus for marketing events, roadshows, pop-ups, new registration events and open days.
 
Our party bus can also be provided for private businesses to use during events where young families are involved.
Our staff have CRB/DBS checks.
